I have changed some setting now 10 channel step is not showing from remote please help

What is a 10-channel step?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

That was my question as well, I don't know a "jump 10 channels" function.

My problem is solved,
Before setting, channel step was done with arrow keys.
Now the bottom 2 buttons i.e. Channel + and Channel Minus have started working

When we press the OK button, the channel list is shown,
Then press the right arrow key from the remote, you will go directly to the channel number 12 from channel number 1, then click OK on number 12, then press the right arrow key and you will go directly to channel number 24.

As far I know it should be page up/down so you mean it goes halfway the page? Maybe there is a setting for it (I never use) as…

right- and left arrow go to the next or previous page, and don't jump a fixed number of channels. It depends on how many channels there are in view.
In my case 20 channels are visible, so right arrow jumps from 1 to 21.
