IPTV doesn’t use Streamlink or you should mean illegal SKY viewing via ICAM or PowerVu. YouTube I cankt say. Never use it.. But I coyld understand if you want to record a stream…

If you want to watch stream channels in bouquets you need to have streamlink. That is why is streamlink used.

I have IPTV which is simply a m3u8 entry in my bouquet. No need for streamlink at all..

Post Streamlink debug log

(telnet)

/usr/sbin/streamlinksrv manualstart debug

Sorry, that was not the question!
This is about 8.3->python 2 what we talk about.
Develop ->python 3 would be comparable to ATV and works fine.

Where does your Streamlink version come from?
Why isn't the built version with the built dependents used?

We don't use the outdated python-iso3166 files, but more recent pycountry which are much more extensive.
