Or maybe depending on that config where you set the setting to change the order to add a new full/bigger menu screen to the skinname list....? (I hope you understand what I mean).

E.g. there is also a custom order hide mode.... here you can still select what we have now....

I've just noticed that all help texts are missing in DarkOS setup / config screens?

 

edit: appearantly it is only an issue on this specific screen, the HDMI-CEC setup.

Well there is no space for more than 3 lines descriptions...
If description is bigger the displayed elements in the list will be less..

What we have now below could be set lower then there might be space above with slightly less of options.

There are 3 lines but you only see 2 because you have "\n\n" in the source string.

 

I you didn't have the line feeds the text would probably fit.

Maybe that CEC address stuff can be removed there?

 

The current CEC address is already visible in About, and altering the address on the client is a useless undertaking as the CEC switch determines the address, which in turn is hardcoded based on the HDMI switch number and port number on the switch.

There is a big problem in the Cutlist Editor menu [pvr], actually ther is no menu at all it's just a black screen

the rec icon [epg] is just over the first letter, maybe using a narrower one could fix this (imho).

Well there is no skin for cutlist editor at all. I dont use it so someone (who have it) have to make the skin and i will add it...

No. The icons can not be smaller since its OK on other distros. The layout of Single channel EPG screen have to be adjusted

Not all 'timer' icons are there.... maybe just 'stay' on OpenPLi's standard... they fit... and also look good... (maybe even better) on this skin...

 

But all is now on a lower priority.... this is for OpenPLi 10...

The problem is not the skin but impossibility of PLi single epg screen layout to handle dynamic size icons correctly.

So that have to be fixed in python code. Has nothing to do with the skin...

As for missing icons yes not all are there since other distros have not so much timer icons available or the names of them are different...

I still think our standard icons look better then the red ones with the open and closed circles.

We have indeed (too) many icons here and separate for repeat, zap only, etc... which even explode the number of needed icons

And indeed... some distro's have other naming for the 'same'.

I don't want those icons removed, it is the only way currently to see a timer is defined that doesn't completely cover a programme (for example because the broadcasting times have been updated).

 

I use that on a daily basis.

I don't care on which side is the problem, I just said it is not nice.

You've already been told that someone who uses it will have to add it. If you are a user of that you can add it.
