light green was the current program if selected. Now it is blue.

 

There is slight gradient, but it is intensified by the forum compression.

 

The main problem here is that GMEPG in PLi is still slightly different than oe-a one....

 

So i have difficulties adjust to both versions. For example in ViX there is separate graphic for selected current program....But in PLi it uses standard selected graphic (that gray color).

 

What i dont get at the moment is where are the problems in PLi version? The gray color? or something else?

It was just the idea to change the text color also… yellow was a suggestion because the same is done in the channel selection screens. Just to ‘get them’ kind of the same.

you mean to change the color for service name? Or for event names for current service?

If it is for event names there is no separate color for that yet in the epg definition.

Also at least on my tv i get good contrast between not selected and selected items

as i said for event name there is no separate color....If we want such GMEPG have to be extended.

First try without when service name cannot be changed.

OK i made some tests...it seems to me the most contrast text color over gray is light orange/ yellow

I personally don't have any issues with what is currently in the feed, I just responded to your post with changed colours... ;)

I personally find it absolutely horrible to the point I will patch it out in my own build.

 

The yellow / light orange is not part of the colour scheme, even worse, orange and green are conflicting colours in schemes.

OK but green is not enough contrast to gray....

I dont know what color to use :(

Maybe we have to keep the white text color and to darked a bit the gray color....And for the current program to keep the dark blue

My feeling is do change the event text color like the same we do in channelselection. But it is feeling..: and taste../

Due to private circumstances I wasn’t very active the last week(s). Since a few days I noticed that the progressbar on the display has vanished or the color is equal to the background. I use the PLi fullnight skin by default and during daytime I switch sometimes to the DarkOS skin for testing purposes. 
For my wife I must use the default skin. Might the vanishing of the progressbar be a consequence of the development of this skin?


Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.

Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. ;) :)
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.

Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Nor my wife nor my daughter like the DarkOS skin. So the Woman Acceptance Factor (WAF) seems low for this skin.  :D
