Hi.
As far as I know, the YouTube plugin also supports a user account. Not just general use. I think the file /etc/enigma2/YouTube.key serves this purpose.
Example file contents:
#### /etc/enigma2/YouTube.key - user login file for the Enigma2 YouTube plugin #### https://github.com/Taapat/enigma2-plugin-youtube/blob/master/src/YouTubeUi.py API_KEY=ExAmPLE_of_the_API-key_GeNeRaTeD-by-Your-Google-ACCount #API_CLIENT_ID= #API_CLIENT_SECRET=
I don't have more info about it, sorry. Try looking on the internet . Or try contacting the creator of the YouTube plugin directly (@Taapat):

Enter the Youtube plugin, as usual via the Plugin MENU. Then press the MENU key on the RCU. There you will find "log in at startup". Then you insert some "code" from Google there (probably a pairing code, I don't know, I've never done it this way).
Then you still have to enable the use of your account by a third party in the Google / Youtube configuration (or something similar, I don't know exactly, sorry).
