It won't let me pass anything from the PC to Deco with Filezilla

Good afternoon,
 
I have a Vu+ Solo2 running OpenPLI 8.3 with an external hard drive.
 
When I try to pass a movie from the PC to the Decoder via FilleZila and the deco leaves me hanging and does not pass the movies.
 
Can somebody help me???

I think it's already solved
I had DHCP enabled.
I have disabled it and it seems to work.

It wasn't a DHCP problem.
It does NOT let me send anything through Filezilla and the deco hangs on top of me.
Any solution???

No clue as this should be no problem. you are sure you are uploading it to the external HDD and not accidentally to your recorder, as it's NAND (flash) has only 250MB of space, which would explain that it "hangs".

Hi,

can you access files on the HDD and play them with your STB? Is the file >4GB? Is it perhaps mounted ro /read only?

How did you format the HDD which is in your solo2?

By OpenPLi itself or do you format it on PC and then connect it into the solo2?
