My epg shows 2 hours wrong and it doesn't matter if I adjust it with: <programme start="20230813040000 +0200" stop="20230813050000 +0200" channel="SVT1">My VU+ has the correct timezon: europe/stockholm. I have tried hard-coding the correct time into the xml I create without the time changing. What could be wrong?

This is how it looks:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<tv generator-info-name="xxx" generator-info-url="xxx">
<channel id="SVT1">
<display-name lang="sv">SVT1</display-name>
<url>https://www.allente.se</url>
</channel>

<programme start="20230813040000 +0200" stop="20230813050000 +0200" channel="SVT1">
<title lang="sv">Kronérs sommargäster</title>
<desc lang="sv">Lisa Miskovsky är född 1975 och var tonåring på 90-talet. Vi får följa med på en retrodoftande resa genom hennes tonårssomrar och musikaliska landskap.</desc>

Do you grab this yourself?

(The rytec EPG for SVT1 is from another source)

Allente.se gives the schedule in GMT.  (or Unixtime if you want. - UTC)

Set in the Siteini:  timezone=GMT

~~Rytec Team~~
Maxytec Multibox SE OpenPli (used as mediaplayer)
Mutant HD2400 OpenPli
Vu+ Duo OpenPli (backup)

Synology NAS

Sat: 13E, 19.2E, 23.5E and 28.2E
*Pli/Rytec EPG POWERED*
