Flashen werkt weer met image 1013 en ofgwrite versie 4.6.6
Vu+Solo2 met OpenPLI Python3 DiSEqC A/B/C/D 2 kabels.
Vu+solo als fallback met OpenPLI Python3.

Ook in de nightly builds zit de zelfde bug alle oude vu boxen hebben dit zelfde probleem.
De Vu-Solo, Solo2, Duo enz enz. mipsel boxen.

Dat weten we. maar daar kunnen we niet reverten, want dan wordt het nooit opgelost, daar moeten we dus voorwaarts.

Dat wordt dus weer aan de slag met een USB stick.

Maar iets wat niet meer werkt is geen vooruitgang, dus het gaat wel opgelost worden in de toekomst?
Daar gaan we wel van uit, er wordt nog aan gewerkt.
Mocht er werkelijk geen oplossing voor zijn dan is de aanpassing weg patchen een last resort oplossing. Reverten is dat niet, daarmee bevries je de status, en kun je nooit meer vooruit.

De oorzaak natuurlijk, die gast heeft lopen vrotten in de code van Betacentauri en dat gepushed want 'zij' hebben er geen last van omdat er zoveel workarounds in hun code zit, een workaround is geen oplossing maar de makkelijkste weg.

De current codebase heeft zoals Solo-2 al aan heeft gegeven nog steeds problemen. En dus zijn commits uiit het verleden totaal niet relevant.

Nee, dat staat daar los van.
Dit is specifiek voor develop, en specifiek voor MIPSEL boxen, en wordt veroorzaakt nadat iemand van ATV een aanpassing heeft gemaakt voor het flashem vam Android op Dreamboxen.
En niet geintreseerd is is oplossingen, want "bij ons werkt het wel".

Is er een kans dat Openpli 9.0 final wordt dit weekend?

Aangezien 9.0 gereleased is, kan men de RC-9 niet meer updaten en komen er ook geen fixes meer voor.
Het wordt dus aangeraden om RC-9 te vervangen voor de release-9.0
