I have a ZGemma H7C receiver it is mentioned that it should receive Multistream transmissions but when I am scanning EUTELSAT 5A WEST no Mstream channel will appear. Am I doing something wrong?

Does it support DVB-S2X MIS? Scanned here with my GigaBlue Trio 4K and all scan fine.. Did you install a recent satellites.xml where the MIS channels are in?

 

Also check signal level. MIS requires 6.6 dB as a bare minimum..

 

Just checked… The Zgemma H7C runs on a BCM7251S SoC which doesn’t support Multi Input Stream. So no wonder it doesn’t scan those channels.

Hmmmm, other sources (www.world of satellites) advertise that it actually DOES support MIS…. Confused now… Anyway, I don’t own a Zgemma H7C so I can’t test myself.
