Hi please help i cant get h9 twin se stbapp working to tune dvbs channels

i had to add e2.ext4 to the image otherwise theres no e2tv in the build i got it from h9 combo se or h9.2s se which has dual dvbs tuner

ive tried both tuner a and b connectors and tried to tune with cable connect to A tuner A and B, connect B tune A and B.

and nothing log says fe_timedout and ourstate failed abort

i think i need permissions to open the tuner or something

dvbsnoop works too and the current part at the bottom changes and displays a frequency

in openwebif on current i imported a bouquet from a working channel list on openpli when i select the channel on current signal 0%

never a signal

attached is the log
