I have question about this. Does stream relay will be included in next updates for images. Open Atv will include that. Will Open Pli also make that

* Add embeded streamrelay functionality
Stream relay is a function that e.g. Oscam offers and is a method where
the hardware of the box is somehow not able to encrypt specific service.
Streamrelay users a stream in between where the enryption is simulated
in software. With this commit you can mark service refeerences stored in
a whitelist /etc/enigma2/whitelist_streamrelay. When you try to tune one
of these services the service ref is adapted in Navigate.py such a way
that it plays the service via a stream relay server defined by two
configs (IP, default local host and port default 17999). The whitelist
can also be downloaded to you receiver and then you do not need special
stream relay user bouquets anymore. You can also add/remove services via
the channel list context menu.

This is a PLI introduction. It was not added to 9.0 release as it is a new feature and there was a big change in that PLI 9.0 now use python 3.X, Newly introduced features were not added to what was in Release Candidate to avoid risks of crashes etc.

I don't know when it will be added to the Release image, but it is available in the Developer nightly build.

Streamrelay functionality implemented in NightlyBuild version is working very well as intended. Stream relay user bouquets are not required anymore.

The is only one thing that is the occupied tuner issue caused by an’bug’ in oscam that required fake service reference. That happens when you switch to a fta service. I can try to work a round it but it will lead to multiplex code.

For which problem you are talking? The "No free tuner" message?
If is this that happens always and not only on change to fta service.

With this commit you can mark service refeerences stored in
a whitelist /etc/enigma2/whitelist_streamrelay. The whitelist
can also be downloaded to you receiver and then you do not need special
stream relay user bouquets anymore. You can also add/remove services via
the channel list context menu.

By default there is no such file in /etc/enigma2/ What is this file and where can it be downloaded?

You can (un)select services via the channel selector’s context menu or use google as friend.

This is file that is used for services that needs decode via stream relay.

If the service reference is in that file then it automatically is converted to stream relay service on zap.

To generate the file you can go in channel selection screen -> press Menu -> Play this service with Stream relay

For download you can find in internet if someone have already made that list/file and upload it so you to be able to download. ;)

Nope…. Note that usually not all services in a bouquet need it. Not all services from a provider need it. Better use google as friend when you want to mark them all at once.

for manually changed channels the whitelist-setting doesnt seem to work for streaming-clients.

locally it works fine, but not via stream.

For fallback tuner clients it works perfectly. And for streams you do not never icam decoding. So I do not understand what you mean.
