Most likely you don't have a working internet connection.
Using a static DNS entry, and restored a backup after flashing 9.0 ?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Also, your box needs to have the correct time. HTTPS connections don't work without it.

Well, without more information I can't say more.
Start by confirming your box has the correct date/time, a network test runs with all green checkmarks, and you can do a software update without issues.
And please, disable the message footer in your tapatalk app, no need to post an ad for your phone every time...

Connect to the box in telnet and perform a simple network test:
nslookup www.google.com
ping www.google.com
You should see returned packet with the time it takes.
If you get error then your network connection / DNS resolution is not working.
NO SUPPORT by PM, it is a forum make your question public so everybody can benefit from the question/answer.
