zgemma restarts continuousli every time i try to watch a movie, in attached the log file.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Still no attachment.
Are you trying to cut-and-paste an image? That won't work, you need to attach it as a file, using "more reply options".

Nothing in that log that provides any clue unfortunately, it crashes in low-level C++ code, no reason or location is given.
Are these downloaded movies, or something you recorded?

Old image from April….first update or reflash… when it was an issue at that time then it should be resolved in between.
