On ziggo BBC 2 the long EPG description only is for 2 days.

After 2 days only the title is available but no program EPG data description anymore.

 

There is a second BBC2 channel when scanning channels at ziggo, on this scond channels there is longer EPG data description present but that channel is not working (black), the one which is working has only 2 days EPG data.  (BBC1 is working and had 7 days epg data)

 

Not working EPG: 1:0:19:4BA9:817:600:FFFF0000:0:0:0: (has only 2 days EPG data)

 

Working epg data but no picture: 1:0:1:4A3A:805:600:FFFF0000:0:0:0:0:

 

Can this be fixed?

BBC 2 has full descriptions on the sat.
Something else must be wrong. But I can only further investegate when I am behind the PC. Tommorrow.

That is correct, on the sat it also has full EPG for 7 days, only the ref from ziggo not.

 

But no problem, look when you have time, it is not that urgent, have a nice holiday

The plot thickens:

 

In the channel file this is defined:

    Regel  7697: <!-- Cable --><channel id="BBC2.uk">1:0:1:4A3A:805:600:FFFF0000:0:0:0:</channel><!-- BBC Two -->
    Regel  7698: <!-- Cable --><channel id="BBC2.uk">1:0:19:4BA9:817:600:FFFF0000:0:0:0:</channel><!-- BBC Two -->

So if one works.  The other should work also.  It has the same EPG attached to it.

I start to suspect that you have EIT or MHW or another means of EPG activated.
