Hello,

 

for some reason I do not have access to the complete Menue of my OpenPLi 8.3 (03.01.2024).

Unfortunatelly I cannot recall if I 've chosen wrong configuration level during setup (Basic or expert, I think however it was expert)

 

Now I cannot change the setting to Expert. With my currently low usage level, I do not even see the menue point to change it in the Gui.

 

I searched a lot trying to modigy the setting to "Expert", outside from the menue Gui.

 

I found folowing file called "settings" under /etc/enigma2/ , but the value there is configured correctly:

 

          config.usage.setup_level=expert

 

Do I  miss something? is there another file which holds the setting for the "Expert" Usage/Configuration moder?

Where is it located?

How can I gain again full access to the whole menue without flashing from scratch?

 

For the moment I am not able to install plugins, create backups, no expert settings,  etc... (corresponding menue points are hidden)

The option in the menu is called "User mode", and is visible in the "Expert Settings" submenu, no matter what level is selected.

 

But from the looks of it, is is already correctly configured.

 

Is this an official OpenPLI, downloaded and flashed from our website, and not something setup by some illegal IPTV vendor (who have a habit of removing all those options)?
