Hello, I know that the subject has already been discussed but I can't get it to work with Pli9.0 on my vu+ uno 4k se , but it worked with Pli 8.3 (not anymore). I saw on the net that it would be the same as RT8821cu which is in the modules but it does not work. The weird thing is that it works with other images, is there a solution? THANKS

I don't understand it works in 8.3 but not in 9.0, as the kernel and kernel drivers for both versions are identical.
And what do you mean by "not anymore"? Nothing has changed to 8.3 since its release, things don't suddenly stop working without some sort of intervention?

If it is an USB WiFi then you probably need to install the driver and firmware. You probably did it in OpenPLi 8.3 so you need to do the same in OpenPLi 9.
OpenPLi is not pre-installing any 3rd party driver so it doesn't work out of the box, that why OpenPLi has the smallest size.

You still haven't answered the question about which driver you used when it worked in 8.3-release.
That other images work out of the box is logical, OE-A based images do have a 8811cu driver, AND they preload ALL drivers.
Which brand and model stick is this? If we can't find one, are you willing to test a develop image if we spend time getting the driver to build?
