Good afternoon. I do not know in which topic to write a question. Openpli 8.3 After the update 02.08.24 on three different tuners (ustym 4r pro combi, zgemma h9 combo, formuler f4 turbo) does not work button " 0 " in manual frequency search mode and n when searching for a channel. What to do with it .

Good afternoon. I don't know which topic to post the question in. Openpli 8.3 After the update 08/02/24 on three different tuners (ustym 4r pro combi, zgemma h9 combo, formuler f4 turbo), the “0” button does not work in the manual frequency search mode and in the channel search mode. What to do about it.

Do you mean that when pressing the 0 key on the remote control it doesn't work: so you cannot type for 10210 in the frequency field?

There have been no changes for 8.3 for a long time.

Install new image for test.

Without crashlog it is not possible to discover why it crashes.

You need a crash first to get the crashlog, he's complaining about 0 key which doesn't respond when he tries to add a value in the frequencyfield.

The problem is that when you press the 0 button on the remote control, when you switch to channel No. 10, only 1 is pressed. When searching for a frequency (for example 10940) when you press the 0 button, the tuner does not respond

You sure the remote isn't broken? If you press 0 on the remote in the web interface, dus it work there?

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

There are two remote controls on one tuner. and on both it does not respond to the 0 button. But it is not possible for three different tuners to have the same problem after the update.

We still do not understand what you are doing and when you try to press 0, which is usually zap to previous service and has nothing to do with search…

I think the problem is that when he scans a transponder and try to enter the frequency 0 doesnt work.

Good afternoon. Many thanks to everyone who tried to help. The problem turned out to be different. After the update, for some reason in the “ExtraInfo” plugin in the settings, the button for showing/hiding assigned “0” to toggle. As a result, it was not possible to use it normally. Once again thank you very much everyone.

Where did you get that plugin from? As far I can see we do not have a plugin named ExtraInfo...?
