Huidige oscam stoppen en dan via de PC de nieuwe oscam kopiëren naar /usr/bin. De attributen middels DCC of PuTTY instellen op 755. Oscam weer starten… Klaar
Met één been in het graf..... Helaas

Niks kopieren, gewoon installeren uit de feed. Dan weet je ten minste dat je de juiste krijgt.

Er staan 3 oscam versies in de feed: de standaard versie, de emu versie en de cak7 versie.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

voor SKY icam bedoel je? Ook dat zit in de emu versie tegenwoordig.

#wanwizard, die cak7 versie zag ik laatst al een keer staan bij de oscamlijst. Wat houd deze versie in? Ik was hem nog niet eerder tegen gekomen. Nou ben ik natuurlijk bijna niet in die oscamlijst aan het kijken maar toen ik een schone pli9 ging installeren kwam ik deze ineens tegen. Omdat ik niet weet wat dit inhoud heb ik er verder geen aandacht aan besteed.

Die heb je nodig om Nagra Merlin kaarten in native mode te draaien (bv de M7 kaarten die SECA tunneling over Nagra doen, er zijn al zenders waar geen SECA meer op zit, alleen nog Nagra).
Maar veel heb je er niet aan, je hebt er allerlei keys voor nodig, en voor zover ik weet zijn die niet publiek.

Het is een wat bizar gekozen "naam" die verwijst naar een techische implementatie in Enigma, waarbij je voor een zender kunt aangeven dat deze gestreamt dient te worden vanaf een ander systeem, in plaats van ontvangen via een lokale DVB tuner.
Je kijkt dan de zender via "een stream relay".
Wat precies die relay is, dat kan van alles zijn. Bijvoorbeeld een rstp proxy, of een oscam versie met ICAM support. Als het maar een door Enigma ondersteunde stream aanbied via http.
