I'm new to the forum-
OpenPli Develop was installed yesterday
I would like to ask if my oscam is running. I tried to update it, but 2 types of oscam are not good, it doesn't work... which oscam version should I look for that works?
I have a Vu+ zero 4K box

What is not working? Are you sure that Oscam doesn’t run? Check with IP-adres_of_your_box:8081.
I assume, as you provided almost zero information, that your card, assuming you have one, isn’t ‘seen’ by Oscam. Some cards need additional data to be filled in.
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Extensions....I installed 11766
but I want to install the 11767
no matter how hard I try to overwrite the bin file, it doesn't accept any of them.....what kind of bin file do I need that is good for it..

Why?
11767 is a specific fix for gbox, the chances of you needing that fix are extremely slim.
Also, develop images always use the latest version available at build time, so 11767 will be available after the next build.

As WanWizard says there is almost no reason to move over to 11767, but if you want to replace the bin, you will first have to stop it, then copy the new one over the current, then change the access permissions and then run it.

It also needs to be a binary that is compiled against the correct libraries.

All kind of things could be wrong.
But I still wonder why you're in such a hurry that you can't wait a few hours, and what you think you will achieve with a different binary (let me tell you now: absolutely nothing).
This all sounds like a massive waste of time for everyone here because you don't seem to have a clue what you are doing, and why.

Just to clarify something since you seems to be newbie, OScam can be installed from the OpenPLi feed.
You don't need to install any 3rd party ipk or try to install it manually.
Just install it from the feed.
