currently enigma2 binds to 0.0.0.0:

# netstat -tulpen | grep enigma2
tcp        0      0 :::80                   :::*                    LISTEN      1400/enigma2

how to change to a static-ip?

0.0.0.0 means that it listen on every possible address.

If you change it, probably that localhost will no longer work, and I think that some plugin can interact with OpenWebif using localhost.

So I think that it is a bad idea to try to change it.

having the possility to allow localhost+realip-only would be nice when using vpn, since iptables is not useable.

The STB is not a security device, you shouldn't use a VPN on it, especially not a VPN that has the internet on the other end.

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.
