In Kodi on OpenPly 9 the YouTube plugin does not work and inputstream.ffmpegdirect is missing
The build recipe is there, I'll have a look.
edit: it was removed from the build here: https://github.com/O...af6853347459c9a. No reason was given in the commit description.

stupid decision. inputstream.ffmpegdirect it is necessary in Kodi for some video addons to work, for example Daddylive.can anyone tell me how to install it?

You need to build it (compile it) as it isn't build.
I assume for now there was a very valid reason for disabling, there is no need to call it (or someone) stupid. That attitude doesn't make people want to help you.

on vu+ultimo 4k in the kodi plugin, the function of the OK button is performed by the MUTE button.Can this be fixed?

So far no solution has been found, hence the workaround.

Are you referring to YouTube within Kodi or the YouTube plugin from our feed?
I don’t use Kodi either so don’t ask me. 
Mijn schotel is een T90 met 10 LNB's. Daarnaast voor de fun nog een draaibaar systeem met een Triax TD 78.
Dreamboxen heb ik niet meer echt actief. Verder heb ik ook nog een een VU+ duo2 met 500Gb harddisk + een VU+ Uno, Zero, Solo 4K, Ultimo 4K, Zero 4K, Uno 4Kse. + ook nog een Xtrend ET7x00. Daarnaast heb ik ook nog diverse andere modellen w.o. een Formuler F4, ET8500, ET7500, Mut@nt 2400HD, Xsarius Fusion HD se en verder nog wel het e.e.a. waarmee op verzoek vanalles wordt getest. Iemand moet het tenslotte doen. 
Los van de eerder genoemde modellen heb ik nog wel een rits aan testsamples als Mut@nt 2400HD, HD60, GB UE4K, GB Trio4K, Maxitec Multibox combo en Twin, Octagon sf8008, sf8008 mini en last but nog least enkele modellen van het Grieks Duitse Edision.
Voor centrale opslag van media gebruik ik een Qnap 219P met tweemaal 2 Tb harddisks + een Synology DS414 met 12 Tb Totale opslag.

Can the YouTube plugin be fixed?
Youtube very often changes the communication interface with the plugin.
This needs to be constantly adjusted.
Whether and for how long such a version works within Kodi is always a matter of luck.
It's also just a matter of collaboration from the users to work on such a plugin.
This collaboration simply no longer exists, not even with Kodi.
This has nothing to do with the construction itself, but in this case it continues.
Sure it could be repaired, but Kodi is two versions further along in development regarding the basic system and no one is repairing the older plugin.

Youtube seems not the only problem in your Kodi installation. Lot of errors.

the problem is also with torrserver-it is constantly overloaded, it is not clear why.kodi was installed from scratch

I do not know why YT is not working for you. If I interprete the log correct it seems kodi has some troubles finding things.
I would start deleting all addons from kodi which have errors in the log file.

all the plugins installed in kodi work for me.and YouTube works on all images except openpli 9. on openpli, kodi constantly works crookedly.it is a pity that there are no codification specialists on this forum
