As for some reason @Fuat S ASLI could not post a reply and send a Admin Report, so I will post his reply:
NOT: this is an answer to a perfect solution to PIP problem (I cannot reply to messages!).

"menu>setup>system>Expert settings>User Mode" : changed to "Expert" (from advanced)
"menu>setup>system>GUI settings>User Interface" : changed to "NON" (from no timeout)
Now the problem is resolved. I tried for days to fix this but could'nt.
