After trying all the possible configurations, tuner A stopped working, now only B works, I didn't find any solution, I don't know what to think now if tuner A is broken or it's a driver problem. What do you think, what will be the problem?

Use only  OpenPLi 9 or higher for the SF8008 Supreme.

Post or upload the settings file you are using Now.

What is the build date and version of OpenPLi image you are using Now (Menu--->Information--->About)?

You still have that in Tuner A. Set both to 5150.

Try the attached settings file. C band should work on Tuner 2 or Tuner B. I do not understand your Ku band setup. It may have 4 lnbs on a diseqc switch?

Transfer the settings file to your receiver using Telnet (putty). Use the Telnet command init 4 to stop the receiver.  Place the attached settings file in the receiver, then use Telnet command init 3 to start the receiver.

Tuner B works well in both bands, right now it is default and configured at 5150 and A stopped working, neither the C and Ku band detects it.

What are the KU satellites? How is Ku band set up?  Do you have 4 lnbs for KU band Or do you have something else?

I really think he should disconnect the switch and go direct to the C-band dish for initial testing.

On tuner A, whether ku or C, without diseq it doesn't work either. I tell you that it is not a cable or diseq failure, since I have several receivers that are working well, gigablue quad, octagon sf8008, edision. With this new octagon supreme receiver, problems arise in the tuners.

I thank everyone for their help and opinions, unfortunately I couldn't get it to work, so it will be returned, in my opinion, do not buy this model, I already read in several forums that this receiver has problems, I bought it on Amazon Germany, So think twice before buying it. You are talking to 2 people that have this hardware. I have no problem with C-band with this box.

I doubt there is anything wrong with the receiver. Sometimes you have to know when to quit. I can respect that....

Thanks, but tuner B has no problems, tuner A does not work with any band.

It is already made and ready for return, I only recommend that you do not buy it, I already met another person in another forum who has the same problem, I already told him to return it too. I think this batch is going wrong, it has the same problem, tuner A does not work.
