Okay.

Try the attached settings file. C band should work on Tuner 2 or Tuner B. I do not understand your Ku band setup. It may have 4 lnbs on a diseqc switch?

Transfer the settings file to your receiver using Telnet (putty). Use the Telnet command init 4 to stop the receiver.  Place the attached settings file in the receiver, then use Telnet command init 3 to start the receiver.

Thanks, but tuner B has no problems, tuner A does not work with any band.

config.Nims.0.advanced.lnb.1.lofh=4800
config.Nims.0.advanced.lnb.1.lofl=3926
...
...
config.Nims.1.advanced.lnb.1.lofh=5150
config.Nims.1.advanced.lnb.1.lofl=5150

You fixed tuner B.

You didn't fix tuner A.

Your settings file confirms this.

If the box was fault Ku channels would not work.

Hi, only tuner B works with both bands, tuner A does not work with any settings on both bands.

Install a new image without restoring settings.

When I get home I will try it before returning the receiver.

The tuner is just an IF converter, if it works for Ku, it will work for C.

The Define Operating System or the Define image that is available and may be on a new SF8008 Supreme loaded into one of the 4 image slots operates on ONE satellite tuner.

OpenPLi and the other group images should operate om both satellite tuners. The Define OS only supports a single tuner.

I also did it in define, thinking that it should necessarily detect tuner A, because it is the one that determines the system, but when doing the scan it stays at 10% and does not scan, which makes me assume that the tuner is actually broken.
The manufacturer's forum no longer exists, it has already been closed, due to the complaints they have had with this model.
