Hi! For some time now I have had a problem with the VU+ ZERO rev.2 decoder with the latest version of OpenPLi 9 software installed - it also occurs in older versions (I have 3 of the same decoders in different homes), it automatically enters the channel list as if someone had pressed a button. e.g. down arrow on the remote control. I removed the battery from the remote control, but the same thing still happens (I don't have two identical remote controls next to each other), and sometimes the decoder turns off automatically (the TV works, the green light is on). I would like to mention that the decoders are almost new, about a month old, so I exclude the power supply and motherboard. I also rule out that someone is connected to my home network and does things like this via 192.168, etc., decoders connected via Ethernet. I once had an old version of vu+ zero and the same thing happened. There is no specific time during which this fault occurs. It may cause the program list to crash every 30 seconds or maybe even every hour. If such a fault occurs, something will need to be done from time to time. I would be very grateful for your help.

How did you rule out external access? Unplug the network cable and see if it still happens, this way you can rule out any external influence.

I've never seen something like this, or heard of anything like this, and there is nothing in an OpenPLi image that would do this.

It is either remote access, or IR interference (doesn't have to be another remote), I can't think of any other reason.

I ruled it out by looking at how many and what devices are connected to LAN and WiFi in the router settings, so no one was sneaking in. It seems strange to me too that this is happening. There are probably no ir sources around.

No port forward defined on your router, for example for streaming on a mobile, by any chance?

Streaming isn't the issue, but opening the router for streams also opens the router for the web interface of the box, which in turn allows remote control.

ok, I'll check in the evening because I'm not at home now, I'll also plug in a spare IRD receiver, I'll plug the IRD in the decoder and check
