Alternatives for VU+ Uno 4k / VU+ Duo 4K

I started quite some years ago with a Dreambox DM7000 and ended up with a DM8000.

Than I slowly got the information that the Dreambox receiver wouldn't be supported within

the near future anymore.

Meanwhile it is August 2024 and I am really overthinking of switching my VU+ Duo 4k and

VU+ Solo 4k to upgraded sat receivers.

PREFERENCES:

- Preference is as small, but as powerfull as possible DVB-S2 receiver

- Native 4K supported

- Nice if the OpenPLI image is supported (!!)

- Working HDMI IN would be very much appreciated

- Proper recording of IPTV streams

- Ethernet 1G or 10G

- SDD via preferably USB-C or Thunderbolt

Anyone any super idea for upgrade alternatives ?

ALL YOU SUPPORT IS WELL APPRECIATED !

What do you want to find better than a Vu+ Duo 4K SE ?

Looking at the specs the power of a high-end server .

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.
