Support has been removed due to lack of cooperation (= no response at all) from the manufacturer.

I am the engineer in manufacturer company. We could not receive any report about these matter.

So, we are very embarrassed on these matter.

 

To add the GI image link again, how can we do?

Could you help us to solve this issue?

 

I think the easiest way is to contact our chairman about this issue by PM or email.
