the popeye2 suggestion looks as the simplest one

now i need some tests for found the simples way for change the long value (and apply without restart the gui, as changing it from the osd with the remote)

i think about a workaround for send the positioning command, but
if is there a trick for send some disecq string using the lnb port.. (always using a terminal connection)

finally i had the chance to access/connect to that dm500 and editing the remote config file all worked very well
