just tried it, instaled both the dmm1.png and owibranding.py

the correct dm8000 remote is shown now without any problem

however, the button locations are still incorrect : you must click "somewhere above" the displayed button to execute it's functionality.

seems that the dmm1.png bitmap is too large vertically

I've been testing the latest version 2.3 the last few days and everything seems to work splenditly.

I'm happy to report that timers that I've de-activated  now remain deactivated, as they should.

one thing I noticed : my list of "deactivated" timers because of timer conflicts is smaller than before : I used to have 10/20 timers with a conflict (in a 7-day period), now I only see 5/10 de-activated timers, so half the expected number.

I checked to see if no conflicting timers have been created, but this does not seem to be the case, I get no errors when I open & close newly created timers

so I thought that maybey not all programmes have been fount by the autotimer plugin, but scanning the epg I did not find any missing timer events.

could also be that the timer setting logic is better than it used to be, resulting in fewer timer conflicts (let me explain : sometimes when you de-activate 1 timer, you can activate 2 or more other timers which would otherwise be in conflict, so it's better to de-activate the first timer and to activate the other timers).

anyhow, I am very pleased with this plugin, and it can be put into the PLi repository if you ask me.

ah, wist ik niet, maar hij leest hier blijkbaar wel gezien hij op mijn bericht heeft gereageerd

@dima73 - in this case a small translation of my findings :

- I see that the programme time is now included in the channel-epg list. This may be fine on a HD screen which has planty of room, but on my old "SD" screen with magic skin, this now only leaves 1/3rd of the available space on a line for the programme name

- found this spelling error : "standart" has to be "standard"

- the color code for the currently selected event in the remote timer list is also less-than-optimal

- after changing a remote timer event I got an error message on the screen. I was able to continue working by pressing the [exit] key however, and the remote times was changed

for the remainder : everything is working as expected, this is one plugin which will remain on my box, that's for sure.

in the meantime I have installed the plugin on my other dreambox which is linked to a HD screen (with PLi HD skin active), so I'm including some screenshots with this skin

I did have some enigma2 conflict last weekend when I flashed a new version using autoinstall, I'll give this another go this weekend to see if the problem has been solved with this version of partnerbox.

I'll send an update when I have more information about this.

@dima - toch enkele opmerkingen :

zo merk ik dat de opnamelengte nu in de zender-epg lijst staat. Op een HD scherm is waarschijnlijk plaats genoeg hiervoor, maar op mijn SD scherm (met magic skin) is nu maar 1/3e plaats meer voor de programmanaam :

zal dit weekend nog eens een flash doen met deze partnerbox in auto-install, om te zien of de zenderlijst nog steeds crashed na de installatie (hoop van niet uiteraard) - wordt vervolgd.

 

bij openpli kunt ge de vertraging van de 888 ondertiteling bijsturen via geel-geel-blauw. Ik denk dat het de onderste setting is die ge moet aanpassen. Zet de delay voor de UK kanalen op "geen vertraging".

look at the teletext delay in yellow-yellow-blue : I think the last entry should be "no delay" for you. If it is anything else, modify to "no delay" and your subtitles should be OK then ....

even easier still : use the trash bin as destination folder. the recordings will be automatically cleaned whenever the disk cleanup treshold is reached.

kijk in je timer lijst - conflictende timers worden toegevoegd als "gedesaktiveerd". Ga op zo'n timer staan en probeer die te aktiveren, dan zie je direct waar de conflicten zitten.
Als de autotimer plugin geen conflictende timers aanmaakt dan moet je even in de setup gaan kijken van de plugin - ik meen dat je dit moet aktiveren in de instellingen.

hmmmm - maar om die aangepaste enigma2 code te krijgen moeten we updaten, maar snap ik het goed dat de update nu niet meer werkt met de oude code ? dus gaan we de nieuwe code moeten downloaden & flashen ?
