Some device can brocke hdmi. I had cfonnected Emtec M200 and when it was connected, nothing worked. Now is not used and cec works well.
Not all buttons works from TVs RC.

do you think Discovery-HD on 23.5E? There is not bad timming but timming is missing. => you must use "Subtitle delay when timing lack" cca 10s and not "Subtitle delay when timming is bad".

It will be english: when I replaced libdreamdvd.so.0.0.0 with old 0.9 there in /usr/lib, then all works well.
With 1.0 freezing animations in menu for some seconds 5-10 and after some time it freeze whole.
I am running .iso from Movieplayer.

Why crazy? When you are not watching who cares about the popup? When you are watching you have the possibility to cancel the timer.

Think about that. You are watching TV and suddenly the box went to sleep without notice. I would not like that.

why does it need the pmt/vpid/apid


...because when is used on e1 motor, then pmt,vpid, apid are not known after zap...

on my 7020 it works well (for non FTA too). I think, 500 has very slow net... (though both have 10/100)

it returns .m3u with parameters for stream...
Try add it into bouquet in E2 (modify for own parameters):

it ZAP to channel before and stream. you can use it from web, VLC or E2 bouquet...

It seems, as on your pc is installed bitbake (standardly installed f.eg. in ubuntu) and building try using this one. Try uninstall it.

opkg -force-depends install enigma2-plugin-extensions-mytube
and then install
opkg install gst-plugins-good-flv

there in PLi git are not changed dependency for mytube yet
