Hallo
Gestern (13.02.2011) hatte ich ein online Upadate durchgeführt per
<opkg update && opkg upgrade>
dabei wurde unter anderem auf ein neues Kernel Release upgedatet:
Linux et9000 3.2.2 #1 SMP Sun Feb 12 02:02:33
Saeckel

Audio Output select ?
3 February 2012 - 16:35
Hello all,
Does somebody know how to select the audio output?
The DM8000 or ET9000 has three possible Audio Outpus: HDMI/DVI, Toslink and Chinch.
Background: I want to configure mpd (music player daemon) to outpout the Music via HDMI/DVI.
Thanks and best regards,
Saeckel

mpd update
1 February 2012 - 18:24
Hello all
I have tried to install mpd (music player daemon) , which is part of the actual PLI repository, but I got error because of unresolved dependencies:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
opkg install mpd
Installing mpd (0.15.9-r2) to root...
Downloading http://downloads.pli...9-r2_mipsel.ipk
Collected errors:
* satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for mpd:
* libfaad0 (>= 2.0) * libavutil50 (>= 0.6.1) *
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package mpd.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The version of mpd in the actual repository is 0.15.9-r2 which is not the newest.
The last stable version of mpd is 0.16.6. I have checked the dependencies of version 0.16.6 and figured out, that this version requires libfaad2 and libavutil49 instead of libfaad0 and libavutil50.
Both packages (libfaad2 and libavutil49) are part of the actual PLI repository.
So if the mpd package would be replaced by the version 0.16.6, the dependency issues should by solved and mpd should be installable in the actual openpli.
Please could somebody update the mpd package in the openpli repository?
Thanks and best regards,
Saeckel

self build image = Nightly Builds ?
31 January 2012 - 16:51
Hello all,
Yesterday I was able to perform a complete build of the openpli image for a ET9000, thanks to all who gave useful hints here in the forumBuild Script for Openpli Enigma2.
My question now is:
Is the image, which I had build yesterday, identical with the Nightly Builds on the forum side?
Regards,
saeckel
