Has the Skysports transponders changed?

It shows that skysportsPL channel is DVB-S 12207. Is this the right transponder or has it changed? If so how do I change it?

Sport Channels not working, any help?

Some channels are not working

For some reason, only BBC one hd is not working and keeps on saying no input signal. It's only bbc one hd that's giving me this problem and I need for next Friday to watch football

Some channels keep showing "tune failed"

BBC one hd and BBC 2 hd aren't working. Keeps saying "tune failed"
