Have you made a fullbackup from your good state? If not, do it before that test.
In this test, if it works, the feed is immediately OK. You need to experiment with your fullbackup as well. A good chance to do it now.
I hope the best and if the TEST image will not boot, try to flash your fullbackup then.

I couldn't quite understand your description, but I understand it's related to the Skin. Try to swap your Skin and to do this you need to enable the ‘Expert setup’ under User mode. Some TV’s can configure it, but my Sony also will not let to do it. So try PLi-HD Skin instead the default skin.

Just for info, everything OK with my dm7020hd V1

Feed is OK, all asked plugins inside, oscam is by default installed

and ..... everything works great :) 

Waiting for conformation about v2 box.

Here is TEST image for v2 box. Try and report, if it boot or not. NB! No one's ever tried it with the box, I do not know if it works.

About FTP again. We must be 100% sure that the new patches are the solution.
Because the patches affected all machines (even the non dreamboxes). It overrides the entire vsftpd of openpli-oe-core.
In folder:
openpli-oe-core/meta-dream/recipes-daemons
folder 'vsftpd'
Like:
openpli-oe-core/meta-dream/recipes-daemons/vsftpd
When you have the time, please test (with clean install wihout backup and multiboot) WITH and WITHOUT old and new vsftpd.
How does it work? Well very simply.
In  'openpli-oe-core/meta-dream/recipes-daemons' the folder 'vsftpd'. That's the NEW vsftpd from openembedded core.
If remove the folder 'vsftpd'(after backup) we use vsftpd from OpenPLi.
So First test with 'folder "vsftpd"' and second without it.
Please test both versions and say, if ftp works or not. Please test it in either case, please.
So your results should be like:
------------------------------------
1-with-folder-vsftpd   : ftp OK / or NOK (vsftpd from openembedded-core)
2-without-folder-vsftpd  : ftp OK / or NOK (vsftpd from OpenPLi)
------------------------------------
 
My results with dm920: (tested with DCC and with WinSCP)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1-with-vsftpd   : Just normal FTP with port 21 OK SFTP with port 22 OK (for SFTP need first with passwd give the password)
2-without-vsftpd  : Just normal FTP with port 21 OK SFTP with port 22 OK

This topic is now on the end, I will delete all the TEST images in tomorrow.
Thank you all testers, the new TEST for dm900 is maybe coming, but not on this branch. With your help, we have fixed a few things and it is also better known, where we currently are with dm900.
The biggest thing that needs fixing is Triple tuner config. This is what we don't solved yet, but the behaviour is pretty clear.
Thank you again for all of the tests and I hope that we still meet with you!~
