How does it compare to the Broadcom 7413 SoC?
Only 750 DMIPS compared to the 1100 DMIPS CPU of the old SoC seems like a big step backwards.
Power consumption/heat supposedly better due to 40nm manufactoring compared to 65nm.
Can it output 1080p50/60?

HD channels stream fine here.
Maybe your CPU or network connection is too slow.

What video player plugin are you referring too? Why would you want anything else than CIFS?

I think you need to make sure that /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/WebInterface (which OpenWebif uses too?) doesn't exist before you install webinterface-old.
