Great. It is the same.  The only difference between East and West is the local news content on the central news program.  In effect you can have the same epg for West HD assigned to service id 1:0:19:5258:812:2:11A0000:0:0:0

 

Where can I download the updated channek.xml file?

Hi, Can you add ITV Central East HD? There is only epg for ITV Central West HD.
