as i haven't tryed it before ... i tryed the buffer=2 solution today ... without success

I've tested IPTV today as allways after an update... and It has worked once ... only once
So I don't know if something have changed in gstreamer or in the rtsp plugin ... but something has changed and it's going in the good direction

if needed i can manage to give access to my box to dev' team to investigate ... just PM me
