Hihi, we zijn onervaren gebruikers van de VU+Solo2. We kunnen dus wat hulp gebruiken, zoals een heldere uitleg van welke stappen we moeten nemen om nieuwe zenders (zoals recente verandering Veronica en RTL8) in te laden. En hoe krijgen we Flash de laatste 4.0 image? Met de usb-stick?

We hebben nu:
Hardware: VU+SOLO2(1200E8)
Image: Openpli 3.0
Kernel version: 3.3.8
Enigma: 2014-01-01
Last upgrade: 2014-02-25 20:55:20

In het verleden zijn we altijd naar de winkel gegaan voor dergelijke veranderingen, maar het is gewoon niet praktisch om zo vaak 80 km enkele reis plus extra kosten te ondernemen voor steeds weer een zenderwijziging. En we vinden het leuk om weer iets nieuws te leren!

Hartelijk dank, ja inderdaad niet zo thuis in dit alles. We willen die plugin eruit halen, maar we weten niet hoe. En dan hopen we dat de situatie weer als vanouds is.
Is de oplossing daarvoor flashing?

Ok, we hebben deze decoder gekocht met software geïnstalleerd. Hoe lossen we dit nu op? Weet je dat?
Is het iets wat we makkelijk zelf kunnen doen?

Hi, here's what I have:
The box is VU+ solo 2
I downloaded the software update without a problem. Then I was browsing around and chose to install a plugin, which I already had installed, but not activated, and the name of this plugin is PermanentVfdClock.
When I activated this plugin I got a green tv screen with the message "we are really sorry. Your STB encountered a software problem. Please send the logfile enigma2 - 2.7+git10960+0befa0c-r49 to forum at ...". I tried to put the picture of the error message (component: enigma2 ,with all the numbers) on the forum. I'll try again if this was not successful.
