cant acess the root

a click on Ftp and the option i have is Commander, Recordings , Mp3 playlist

and just noticed on the main screen when i connect i get this message

Telnet Connected
FTP Connected
Enigma2 not detected (Functionality limited)

So did you remove it when you start dcc?

And does that box has a user "root"?

on dcc i removed the user and pass left booth blank, not sure about the user , i will have to ask where i bought it
