Afstemmen mislukt op astra 3

Ik heb een vreemd probleem met mijn VU+.

 

Sinds kort krijg ik op de astra 3 zenders afstemmen mislukt en daarbij natuurlijk een snr van 0. mijn andere box (ET9000) heeft dit niet en beide boxen zijn op beide tuners bekabeld naar de schotel.

 

Het heeft altijd gewerkt en de kabel is goed want anders zou ik op Astra 19 ook geen ontvangst hebben.

 

Is dit een software matige instelling of configuratie of is dit een hardwarematige fout?

 

Hoop dat iemand mij hiermee kan helpen.
