It seems something strange has occurred as a lot of the channels in this thread are again missing EPG info:

Looks like I was looking for a problem that wasn't there. Just assumed I'd missed something

As you suggested, I have since witnessed 5.1 audio on nearly all HD channels with the exception of BBC One HD!

Guess they rarely broadcast this?
