Same for todays build, tried 22 aug build and it imports fine..

I get exactly the same sort of result, for me also the import never fails or finishes and eventually the box will hang if you say decide to shutdown or restart via the menus.

Might try going back to the 22nd image and confirm that it does work for me as it does for you.

XMLTV import works normally on my box. But image is already a couple of weeks old without any update.

If this a problem with recent images, you better post this in the general section.

Built an image with the above change reverted, but that didn't make a difference at all. I really don't have a clue what's going on there.

It appears to hang in downloading the channels.xml file (using urlopener).

Seems I have to move that one to the reactor as well. I reverted the EPG change just to be certain though.

For now, disable the plugin.

My last PLi 2.1 update was on August 27. Just did the EPG import. No problems whatsoever. Just wanted to let you know.

Seems I have to move that one to the reactor as well. I reverted the EPG change just to be certain though.

For now, disable the plugin.



Your "enigma2 master: Revert "sanitize EPG cache code and add PlatformaHD exception"" has not solved the issue.

i reinstalled today with the latest openpli image and try to manual update the epg.

This however does not work and it keeps staying at 0 events.
