These three files was created last time my box crashed.
And I stopped it by powering it off. otherwise there had been more of them.

But I posted them here, and please let me know if this is the wrong place

I think this issue has been solved in the mean time, you should run an update.

is it enough to just run an update in the menu or do i have to flash with an newer edition?

usually an update from the menu works fine. If it doesn't, you can always re-flash.
