Is this a cable or satellite receiver? And if it is cable, what provider do you watch?

Hmm, I thought for a moment you suffered the same issue as some Dutch users experience in that specific topic. Oscam seems to crash which causes the box to stop working. Adapting the oscam.dvbapi with certain data seems to solve this issue.
Obviously you have a crashlog and AFAIK in the Dutch topic none of them is having a crashlog. Sound continues but box is non responsive.
Did you happen to know whether this happens when watching or recording certain channels?

This issue occurs when tuning on some channels that have been put to FTA due to issues with encrypting.
You can edit oscam.dvbapi in the oscam webinterface. I have, as you might have read in the Dutch topic, added all that channels that show I:0000:000000:the spicific caid.
Like this.

This was just an example for he Dutch cable provider who has put those channels to FTA due to issues. And the api ignores those channels as long as they are FTA. I don’t know whether your issue is equal to this.

Probably this is because thinking about it often happens with Rai1 which is FTA.
So you just need to change that?

I wouldn’t know. What is the frequency of that specific channel on what satellite?
It won’t harm to add it in the oscam.dvbapi. Go to files in the oscam webinterface and open oscam.dvbapi, add the data and save. Then restart Oscam.

In your case the oscam.dvbapi could look like this. Don't know if this solves your issue too.
I:0000:000000:213f # Rai 1 i:0000:000000:0d49 # Rai 1 HD i:0000:000000:2140 # Rai 2 i:0000:000000:0d4a # Rai 2 HD # all are FTA

You put the 4 lines into the file what you described.
And then you save that file and restart Oscam.

My effort stops at this point. I’ve said all that could be said. If you don’t have the knowledge to work with Enigma based receivers you shouldn’t have bought it.
I may say this as I am far from an expert but cut and paste data is basic knowledge. In posting six I mention how to do this.
- Copy the four lines I have shown before.
- Open the Oscam webinterface with ipadresofyourbox:8081
- Chose files
- Chose oscam.dvbapi
- Paste the four lines into the file
- Push save and restart Oscam.
Wait whether it actually will help.

This is not the problem.
