The 7/16 is indeed episode 7 from 16 in that season. In reallity though, the original is split in 2, so a season with 8 episodes now is aired as 16 episodes with a part 1 and 2, so the original episode is:
Season 13, episode 4, part 1 (and 2) - The Silent Land
If it would be shown as S13E7 and S13E8, it would be fine though... This way you could use autotimer to record only episodes from series you don't already have seen...
