My HD800 is loaded with latest Enigma2 Jade3, CCcam 2.1.2
Anyone know if it is possible to install earlier CCcam version, and MOST importantly, how?

Have read this and most others forums but cannot find reference to my specific problem....

Had a clone DM500 and all well until dreaded timebomb killed it (wasn't aware that there were genuine and clones when I bought it - expensive mistake!) Since bought genuine DM800 and using same ccCam.cfg as per DM500 but only very occasionally does it connect to the server (maybe 2 or 3 times - for up to 24hrs at a time, since I installed it last week, then it drops out). I can ping the Server, so I know it's still OK.

Anyone got any idea why it would work, occasionally?

It was suggested that maybe I need to use an earlier version of CCCam, hence my original question.

Hi There,

I'm following on this post for a CCcam issue, rather creating a new thread. My issue is on using the CCcam to decrypt my seca card inside the DM800... It was working well on Jade2 but upgrading to Jade3, don't work anymore... is there any specific "additional" settings to do ? (previously I only had to install CCcam to have it working).

Thanks, Kanu.

it will have overwritten your /etc/CCcam.cfg file, so replace it with your backup and you should be working again as normal.
