Hi guys, first of all, thnks a lot for the forum... and now i'm a newbie spanish guy with a Dreambox 800 HD PVR ... with your latest IMG for 800 HD.

I've a 40 GB 2'5" Sata (one from my Playstation 3 that i've changed it for a new 250 GB), and i want to plugit through E-sata connector... will your PLI latest 800 HD image recognize automatically this HDD? will i have to format it? can i format it from the menus? or how have i to format the HDD? through webacces?

BTW: I've searched but i've not found .... :-)
Thnx in advance!

The DM800 can not be uses with a eSATA disk without a separate power to the disk.
The disk will draw more power than the DM800 can deliver.
