Hi Willy,
I did a quick test today and there seems to be a problem. I think the timing is wrong, also today's epg has 1 loong position for each channel for the next 12 hrs or so. I've to leave home now, but I will give you a better feedback tommorow.

Thank you,
Michal

Willy,
quick correction, timing seems be ok, just the today has 1 long programm (each channel different) lasting for about 24 hrs. So epg loaded on friday around midday starts correctly on saturday around midday.

Thanks.

I do not understand.

Do you mean that the schedule from friday is given on saturday?
Could you illustrate this by getting the epg from the channel in the webif (on your PC) en copy and paste it in a message pls.

PS: This is a new website for me to download. Occasionally we run into a problem.

I think I found the culprit:

<programme start="20110204033500 +0100" stop="20110205051500 +0100" channel="iTVN.pl">
<title lang="en">Serwis pogodowy _ narciarskie kurorty polskie: - Pogoda</title>
</programme>

I will some other settings.

Hi Willy,
this is looking very good now :)

I would have one more request if possible please.

There is few cyclic programs which have no episode number and the description is always the same for each occurence.
So for example on friday 11.02.2011 on iTVN, 23.05 hrs is a programm called "W roli głównej" (this is about famous/popular people)

If I click on the title link on the page it takes me to more specific description of the program. In there, there is a tag called "subtitle" like in this particular program:
<
p

class
=
"subtitle"
>

Marcin Prokop
</
p
>

The tag consist the name of the person who will be the highlight of the program, Mr. Marcin Prokop. That's the only distinction and info what it is about.

So I wander if it is possible to include this tag data in EPG info, prefferably stright after Title?

To make it more clear:

Friday's program: http://programtv.int...2011-02-11&cn=0
Click on title "Wroli glownej": http://programtv.int...928,17034021,10

And there is the tag in line 108 (in fact all the info about the episode):

<
div

id
=
"mainContent"

=
"article"
>

Program prowadzony przez Magdę Mołek, w którym poznajemy historie życia znanych osób. W dobie "rozkrzyczanych" talk-show, widz otrzymuje klasyczną rozmowę z gościem, podczas której ma okazję poznać jego osobowość. Każdy odcinek to nowa odsłona czyjegoś życia. Podczas wywiadów, wśród publiczności zasiadają najbliżsi i przyjaciele bohatera danego odcinka.

Wat you are asking is possible.

However!!!!

Since I cannot do this for some programs, I have to do it for the complete schedule. And this takes time.
Lets do a calculation: Take 20 programs per day, 5 days schedule this means 100 webpages extra to download and interpret just for one channel. And f I do it for you hordes of people will ask for it as well. Consider that there are 100 more channels I have to treat this way, then i have to download each day 10,000 more webpages. (Think about that I have 2500 channels to download each day)

It just is not practical.

Hi Willy,
yes I do have windows but no experience in this area at all. Sure I can try to learn and we see how it goes.
What kind of software do I need ?

Thanks.

Hi Willy,
I think there is a problem with epg for some days. My friends which are using Rytec sources do not get EPG, also the TVxb on my rig does not get any new data. There might be some changes on the interia site maybe causing a problem? My TVxb log final output is:

Status: Creating XMLTV listings file Z:\home\michal\customEPG\POLANDxmltv2.xml...
Programs written: 788 programs
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TVxb Channels: 3
HTML pages downloaded: 0
Description HTML pages downloaded: 0
Programs read from cache: 785
Manually defined shows processed: 0
TOTAL PROGRAMS processed: 785
Status: Finished!

The EPGImport for me and friends fetch 0 events and the EPG on vuduo is empty as a resoult. Can you be so kind and have a look at the problem?

Thank you,
Michal
