Hello all,I have a dm800se running openpli 3.0.Everything has been great until today when i manually updated the box from software management.

the box green screened in a green screen boot loop and i noticed from error it was because of PTS installed from feeds(plugin menu)

I had to re-flash my box as was the only thing i could do and went about testing to see if it was the plugin.And it was every-time i installed the PTM the box crashed.

without PTS the box is great... running the build from 31/03/13 with PTM the box is fine but update box and it crashes.

any ideas.Hope this makes sense.

Update i have got rid of PTM 13a and installed new PTM 13b from here.updated box to today 13 updates all good now no green screens.Brilliant.

Updated the system this morning an hour ago and also run into the green screen boot loop   some error with PTS and a missing InfoBar field...

 

Is there a way to get around this without having to do a reflash from scratch?

The only way for me was to re-install as you have no way to get into box to sort it.then you need to install new PTM plugin 13 b if you want timeshift and all will be good

put enigma2-plugin-extensions-permanenttimeshift_1.3b_mipsel.ipk in /tmp

 

in telnet:

init 4

cd/ tmp

opkg install *.ipk

init 3

There is already a fix (ipk) somewhere posted on this forum.... And from tomorrow this fix will be on the feeds...

Hi , i have VU+ DUO 2 and on latest build 7.1 i can't find permanent timeshift plug in , any one know, is this temporarly or vanished for good ?

The plugin is recently removed from the feeds. You might try to use the internal ‘automatic timeshift’ which can be activated from the menu.

You can activate the internal ‘Auto timeshift’ via menu - setup - systeem - GUI - user interface at the second page ‘Start Time-shift automatic after ..... seconds’. Default it’s déactivated.
This might solve your issue.

Yes but mostly i was using this plug in for option - save recording ( curret event until this time ) - last on the list, this is great function allow to record something interesting during only watching any program.Is any way to install manually this plug in from a file and where i can find it ?

OK working only mising that info '' file has been save on disc'' like was with plugin. Good so  now is in build . By the way coders should consider to add on build 7.1 on Full hd skin under video window , preview of 4 next epg events , now is 3 but i think there is place for that.Thanks.
