Hi,
after the last fix of the mount scripts the hdd isn't mounted correctly. The partition can be reached by using "media/sda1" but not by "media/hdd".

inside the folder "media" there is already a folder named "hdd". Inside of "media/hdd" there is a link named "sda1"

Remove /media/hdd from /etc/fstab alltogether, much better.

Only reason to have /media/hdd in your fstab is that you have multiple non-removable harddisks and you want to "pin" one to /media/hdd by mounting it by UUID or LABEL.

yes, that's what i want to do... i want to attach a ssd for autotimeshift but this shouldn't influence the mounting of the internal drive as media/hdd

After yesterday's update flash drive is mounted to the Pli / media/sdb1.
And it is necessary to /media/usb
What's the problem?

In / media / usb creates a link to sdb1, but it should not byt.Pikony now not visible.

You probably have /media/usb in your fstab. Remove it, or use correct parameters.

This is not related to Picons not being shown - OpenPLi will use Picons from any drive regardless of where it's mounted.

I have a problem now that my harddisc on e-Sata that used to be 'hdd' is sda1 and the harddisk on USB that used to be sda1 is now hdd.
So, for example /hdd/movie doesn't exist anymore because that is now /sda1/movie
What can I do that this doesn't happen after a reboot?

Add a line with "UUID=xxxx" or "LABEL=xxx" in /etc/fstab, to tell the system which should be mounted where. You only need to specify one (and yes, you can use this to give your USB sticks interesting names). The "blkid" command will tell you what's currently present. You'll have to google for the details...

Here's an example:

UUID=2d75f177-39db-49e4-88e5-f223a9abd1df    /media/hdd	   auto    defaults   0	   0

You can replace "auto" with the filesystem type of the disk (probably ext4), etcetera.

This I can understand, but how do I know what the UUID is?
