Problem with online update DM500HD

Yesterday i was try to update via online update my image for DM500HD everything went fine with update and the prompt for reboot show up and i was hit "yes". Immediately green screen show up and the receiver reboot after that it start loading but every time freeze on OpenPLi logo screen. When i was try to clean flash with the latest openpli build it says "INVALID IMAGE OR OLD" i was forced to install build from 17.10.2011 which is the latest working. I was hear for problems with SSL#84 which is not upgraded after online update. Is the situation that?
And why that is not fixed since DM states that online update can update the SSL with no problems! So how to install the latest image clean via webinterface since i dont have USB cable needed for using dreamup?!

flash bootloader .ipk via webviewer at first.
